Disliked: At arrival I had to wait 1.5 hours before I could get into the room. The reason I was given was that the cleaning crew didn’t show up to work. So the front desk staff had to clean rooms.

You get what you pay...
Liked: Location to Dickies arena and the Stockyards
Disliked: Couldn't get in our room until after 5pm because I was told it wasn't clean due to the people before didn't get out. I was treated as if it was my fault!! No coffee in the room, no hair dryer, no trash cans, no light fixtures in the bathroom had to use an end table lamp and a trapped cochroach in the picture frame in the bathroom. I have pictures!!

Disliked: The room was not clean. It's not a safe place. A lot of people around consuming marijuana. I do not recommend this place. Nobody in the lobby at the moment returns the keys. I had to come back the next day because the night before nobody was at the front office.
