Not happy about the place...
Liked: Where it was located.
Disliked: The rooms were dirty, the bathroom had no over head light they put a lamp in there. Baseboards were coming off the wall

Disliked: Lisa marie I’m planning on going to corporate about her. She’s very rude and unprofessional. She has talked about me and my husband, she also wouldn’t let me and my my husband extend our room!

Superb
Liked: We stayed only one night. I was in town working. So I didn't really do much except shower and sleep. The fact that the beds were very comfortable was a major plus.
Disliked: I wasn't happy about the neighbors in the next suite smoking marijuana and stinkin up the entire 2nd floor.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: For starters, I paid this room in full on booking.com before arriving at the hotel. Front desk staff refused to let me check in without paying an ADDITIONAL $74.08. They were extremely rude and unhelpful not to mention... incompetent and gave us a key that didn't work after having us pull to the far corner of the property to unload our stuff. Upon initially approaching the front desk about the key that did not work, they told us that nothing was wrong with it and we would have to just take the main entrance instead. We moved parking spots AGAIN, came through the front doors and up 3 stories to our room and wouldn't you know? The key still didn't work. Back to the front desk again where they finally actually resolved an issue and gave us a new key. The room was the most deplorable hotel room I have ever stayed in in my 30 years. I have photos and video in regular lighting and also black lighting to show the bodily fluids all over the walls, nightstand, chairs and bedding! The floors clearly had not been swept for many stays and I doubt that under the beds had EVER been swept. There were fingernails and food crumbs on the "kitchen" floor. The microwave had a nasty yellow film all throughout. There were several different types of hair in the blankets and on the beds. Mold in the shower (that was constantly dripping). A whole piece of the trim was just chilling on the floor ripped from the wall. Needless to stay, we went ahead and drove home at midnight. I would never let my children stay in such conditions. When we walked right back down to the front desk to turn the keys back in I told the lady that the room was disgusting and she said "okay, have a good one!" Didn't even try to fix the issue. Terrible customer service. I will spread my photo, video and reviews until someone reaches out to me to fix this. It was bad enough being double charged but the room wasn't even inhabitable.
