Liked: The property was overbooked and did not reach out to inform me of this situation. Upon arriving after driving 6-7 hours with my son, we were turned away by a security guard. The lobby was closed and I could not reach anyone, the parking lot was filled with crowds of people and a food truck playing loud music.

Disliked: False advertising, no pots or pans available as advertised also they ran out of towels so I was given kitchen towels to use for washcloths. I am glad that they were out of pots and pans because I don’t want to cook in a pot that someone has washed their bodies with. The room had roaches ,the microwave was not properly attached and the door is coming apart

Awful. Had problems breathing due...

Liked: Nothing. Room was dirty and had cockroaches. Bathroom was falling a part and other residents w ere smoking pot and very noisy. We left after the first night and I am trying to get a refund for the other two nights.
Disliked: Dirt, roaches, drugs
