Disliked: Just scary to sleep in. Bathroom door had water damage on bottom rotted. Drawers dirty. Bed sheets ripped

Disliked: First off I made a reservation for this hotel for Friday 15-17.Me and my wife arrived to check into the hotel about 10:00pm on Friday night. We were coming into town from Georgia to go to my aunt’s funeral. When we went to check into the hotel we were told they are sold out. How can you be sold out and I HAVE A RESERVATION??? So here we are from another state without a place to stay. And we weren’t the only people they did that to. A couple behind us had already paid for their room on line and they were told the same thing,”we’re sold out”. So now we’re having to try to find a place after 10 at night in this unfamiliar area. IT WAS HORRIBLE and the guy at the front desk had nooooo compassion at all, he could care less!!!!
