Did not stay.

Disliked: We did not end up staying at this property. When making the reservation, we let them know we would be arriving around 1am. Once we got to the hotel we had to call to be let in- you could clearly tell we woke the front desk lady up. She was very unpleasant & unprofessional to us & the service lady that she had to call trying to find our reservation. After about 20 minutes of standing there, she let us know that we couldn't be checked in until 2:15am due to an audit & that we could have a seat in the lobby (which was not visually clean). We were trying to call neighboring hotels to see if they had any rooms available since we did not want to wait to be checked in with our first impression of the front desk. In a matter of 5 minutes she was in the back office snoring loud enough for us to hear her so we took our chances & left to go to the Sheraton across the street. They did issue me a refund, but service & overall impression of this hotel was not great & I'm glad we left.

Disliked: Breakfast was out of order coffee and old granola barsRoom and hallways smelled of weedWhile room was clean it was not sanitary with mold in some placesStaff was not available. When checking in they were rude even though I waited 20 min to have them get off personal call.

Liked: Price. The laundry room was clean and the machines worked very fast.
Disliked: Pool was so green you couldn't swin. Moldy smell throughout the hallway, and it was dirty. Elevator out of order, and I was placed on 3rd floor. Took three days after lots of begging and aggravation to get kitchen supplies. Only reason I didn't check out was because there's no hotels available with a reasonable price because of the holidays. Will not recommend and will definitely not come back.

Liked: WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT IS IRRESPONSIBLE, WE ARRIVED AT 10 AT NIGHT TIRED AND WE HAD TO SLEEP ON THE STREET IN A PARKING PARKING BECAUSE WE DID NOT HAVE ANY KNOWNS IN THAT COUNTRY AND WHO RESPONDS TO US FOR DAMAGES AND THE DISTRESS, AND THE IMPOTENCE WE HAD DUE TO THE IRRESPONSIBILITY OF YOU. IT IS SAD TO COME TO A COUNTRY AND HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS. AND THE RESPONSE FROM THE RECEPTIONIST THAT THEY DID A LOT OF OVERSALES AND THAT THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING.
