Disliked: Even if your only staying 3 nights room service only comes every 12 days the front desk said. So basically there is no room service to change sheets and towel for 3 night stays.

Disliked: Cleanliness, Glue patches all over walls where pictures were taken down. Floors dirty with dust particles all over room. Safety was questionable.

Disliked: We did not end up staying at this property. When making the reservation, we let them know we would be arriving around 1am. Once we got to the hotel we had to call to be let in- you could clearly tell we woke the front desk lady up. She was very unpleasant & unprofessional to us & the service lady that she had to call trying to find our reservation. After about 20 minutes of standing there, she let us know that we couldn't be checked in until 2:15am due to an audit & that we could have a seat in the lobby (which was not visually clean). We were trying to call neighboring hotels to see if they had any rooms available since we did not want to wait to be checked in with our first impression of the front desk. In a matter of 5 minutes she was in the back office snoring loud enough for us to hear her so we took our chances & left to go to the Sheraton across the street. They did issue me a refund, but service & overall impression of this hotel was not great & I'm glad we left.
