Disgusting don't waste your money

Liked: I reserved this reservation for ninth anniversary three weeks in advance, when I arrive, the staff told us that there was no rooms available. They were overbooked. I just drove an hour and a half from Naples to Broward not even sure if I was gonna get a room that night. They eventually found us a room because somebody else didn't show up on time when we went into the room. It was disgusting. There was black mold and dust flying around it look like on the ceiling the microwave was a rusty the little stove top was rusty and disgusting. Even the fixture above the stove where the light turns on everything wasn't rusty, the white bedsheets had stains on them. The bathroom was OK, but it wasn't nice. I would never rent here again on top of that for this trashy room we had to leave $100 deposit and wait 3 to 5 days to get this money back. Definitely was not worth it but we did it and stayed there because I had reserved this room and it was really late at night first thing in the morning we were done. We left at 8 o'clock in the morning.
Disliked: I didn't like any of it. I didn't like that there was stains on the sheets. It look like black mold and dust all over the ceiling, rusty appliances.

Unacceptable

Liked: Clean linens.
Disliked: Almost homeless residents. Nothing works properly. No breakfast just coffee and prepackaged mini muffins. Dirty .

Not what I expected.

Liked: I didn’t take breakfast. The location was close to the airport so it was fine.
Disliked: The room I was given had a musty smell, there was water dripping everywhere. I asked for a change in room and after telling me there was no more room and coming to spray the room, the attendant finally changed the room. The second room was a little better but whatever cleaning products are being used they need to be changed.

Disliked: It was disgusting. Broken, run down.

Liked: I didn't like I I couldn't extend my stay I had to put a whole I'll have to put a whole another deposit and I already had a deposit down
Disliked: The styles were pretty nice the ladies in the office Nicole I think that's her name
