This hotel is as close...

Liked: Every positive aspect of this hotel is made possible by the extremely hard working staff,Lillian,Robbin,and everyone I've encountered have gone above and beyond to make my stay stress free and comfortable.
Disliked: The elevator has moments where it gets stuck on the third floor. The vending machines carry expired chips and the soda machine has a visible piece where black mold is present. This touches the bottom of each container in the machine when sold. Allow me to say none of the above is the fault of the staff. Outside companies service these items.

The hallways, elevator and main...

Liked: The location was perfect and close to everything.
Disliked: The whole hotel smelt so bad, we were given the wrong room and asked to check the room before being able to check in.

Bad

Disliked: I walked into my assigned room to find the bed disassembled, leaning against the wall, and dead insects covering the bathroom tub, countertop, and floor. The hotel also had a peculiar smell. It left me with such a bad feeling that I asked for a refund, which took two weeks and four phone calls to receive, and ended up spending $100 more than my Extended Stay rate to sleep at the nearby Holiday Inn Express Hotel, which thankfully was pristine.

Clean rooms at a decent...

Liked: The price was decent and the rooms were clean.
Disliked: They took the hot coffee away very early and said they had no more but they also took the hot water away. The door handles were very hard to open. Some of the staff was friendly some of them were short and snappy. I had reserved two rooms and had asked to be put next to each other but they were not able to do that.

Disliked: I requested a refund as I did not even check in!! I did not feel safe, men loitering about, filthy lobby. Smell of cigarette & marijuana. Desk person left me standing there 15 minutes as she was on the phone getting support to refund the guest who arrived & left before me. I want my money back!!
