Will not return

Liked: Location was central to Fayetteville and the main market locations.
Disliked: The entire 2nd floor smelled like marijuana for the entire duration of the stay. The mattresses in the sofa beds in both rooms were significantly stained all over. Internet was in and out during entire stay.

My wife said it well....

Liked: Coffee and a package of breakfast bar? not much of a breakfast, should just state "coffee"
Disliked: Kitchen cabinet door delaminated, carpet between bedroom and bath shredded, stnch of room indicated smoking room with treatment
