Liked: Staff was extremely friendly, hardworking and helpful.
Disliked: First room the toilet didn’t work, staff was prompt in apologizing and giving us another room. Second room the bathroom door wouldn’t shut.

Cheap for the accommodations, no...

Liked: The staff were above average for modern customer service in affordable hotels. The assistant manager MJ was particularly accommodating and charming.
Disliked: Using the oven resulted in setting off a smoke alarm in the room, just for a pizza that still had 5 minutes left to cook. The sound was piercing and it took 15 minutes of open window door and fanning with pillows to get it to stop.

Liked: It was very quiet at night for sleeping. The kitchen was great to have. I liked the grab and go breakfast. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating!
Disliked: Having to check out a coffee pot and toaster, kitchenware. But…I understand why they have to do that.
