Liked: The location was fantastic...easy access to all amenities
Disliked: It's very outdated...I do not consider nutri grain bars, prepackaged muffins and packaged oatmeal a breakfast that's horrendous ...our room had an odor...we had to go and ask for towels daily...beds were not made...no kitchen supplies...no coffeemaker...they should update the pics on the website as this not what you receive

Disliked: The stove didn’t work, the oven didn’t have a rack. The bed was missing a sheet and there was a clothing item under the couch/sleeper sofa.

Disliked: First room the toilet didn’t work, staff was prompt in apologizing and giving us another room. Second room the bathroom door wouldn’t shut.

Cheap for the accommodations, no...

Liked: The staff were above average for modern customer service in affordable hotels. The assistant manager MJ was particularly accommodating and charming.
Disliked: Using the oven resulted in setting off a smoke alarm in the room, just for a pizza that still had 5 minutes left to cook. The sound was piercing and it took 15 minutes of open window door and fanning with pillows to get it to stop.
