Liked: 7 minutes from work
Disliked: We walked up to the window to check in . We waited for about 3-5 minutes then someone walked out of the side door about a foot away . He comes out and we say hello we were waiting for 5 minutes and you were right there . He says I was watching you on the camera you weren’t there 5 minutes.. so he had us standing there while he was in the next room just watching us .. instead of providing the best customer service experience possible. He made things bad . He was actually trying to get my partner and I to react in a negative manner.. so he could cancel our reservation..
