Highly Disappointed

Liked: The room was awful it smelled so bad we wanted to change rooms and still got worse than the previous room. The bathroom was not clean, and there's stain everywhere. I'm highly disappointed. We came in late after midnight, and we had no choice but to stay. Our kids were too tired to see go to another hotel.

Liked: Value and location. Room was clean.
Disliked: Hallways and common areas very dirty. Overall property not up kept and damaged. Advertised “breakfast included” but was literally what they called “grab and go”. But coffee was empty, snack bars were only two left and inexpensive bars. Had to wait 20 minutes for coffee and then found only creamora was available and it was plugged. Instant oatmeal packages there but no bowls or hot water. At checkin I had to wait 10 minutes for employee to “log back in”

Disliked: Filthy and very unhygienic. Bed sheets, blankets all soiled with human secretion on it.
