Liked: It was a place we go to at least once a year for our Michigan games
Disliked: Cleanliness was definitely not a factor. It felt so filthy that I did not take my shoes off didn’t want to sit on the sofa or sleep on the bed. We did not use the shower. Did not sleep well because the air conditioner didn’t work well in the bedroom area and the room was stuff and stinky smelling. We Got up and left as soon as possible because it felt so disgusting staying in there

Extended Stay Northville

Liked: I stayed 7 nights to recover from surgery. The room layout was perfect, the couch bed was actually decent & comfortable, location of stay it's located by all major freeways, shopping, movie theatre, restaurants etc. The price for a week's stay was value friendly! The front desk staff during my stay were also very friendly & helpful. They have a wash room, exercise room and a room with vending machines for snacks & drinks on the 1st floor by the lobby, all convenient! Pro & Con: you have to pay for "good" wifi either daily $6 I believe or, to upgrade for a week it's $22.99 up to 4 devices you're charged at check out (having my son bring his Xbox to watch Netflix or play his game was worth it!) Overall I would say 3.5 star rating, the suite was nice and I liked it.
Disliked: I wasn't impressed with the lack of building security, almost every time I entered or exited the building a rock was left to prop open the door, compromising people's safety and defeated the purpose of key cards...which half the time turned red and I had to go to front desk. I also didn't like having to politely ask a group of grown teenage girls at 5:00am. to be quiet right outside my window for over 2 hours because they were making Tiktoks, or ask the front desk attendant to politely tell the folks on the third floor to quiet down after 4 hours of foolishness, my ceiling light was making noise. The lack of cleaning in the stairwells, my daughter dropped a candy wrapper that sat on the stairs for over 4 days and was still there on the day I checked out, the garbage cans outside the door were over filled with bags of trash for days and the smokers ashtray is literally AT the entrance so no matter what people are smoking the smell comes in the building, cigarettes or weed smoke in the entry hall. I also found an old dirty Adidas ankle sock IN my bed at check in and a piece of red licorice under the bed, so room service could be a little more diligent. No pool. These are a few things I didn't like.

Liked: I like the deep tubs and the staff, they are very helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: I didn’t like the refrigerators and I like a room with carpeting but the carpeting wasn’t as clean as I would have liked.
