Disliked: The room was not clean. The chair at the desk had apparently been thrown up on and nobody cleaned it. When I was looking to check out, there was nobody at the counter, but I found the person asleep in the employee lounge.

Disliked: No one informed that the water was going to be turned off at noon and since I had paid for a late check out time, I didn’t attempt to start my shower until after noon. Needless to say I did not have a shower.

Liked: Convenient location! Nothing else. We were turned away because they were too full (but managed to charge my credit card).
Disliked: I was told they are full and that companies over booked so there were no rooms. I was turned away and still got charged for my stay.

Liked: The location was ideal for an early-morning drop-off at the airport - it was only about a 3-minute ride to the terminal. The kitchenette was helpful, especially the fridge. We enjoyed standing in the parking lot and watching planes on their approach to DTW.
Disliked: The sink, bathtub, and several towels had long hairs stuck in them - yuck.The bed was very hard, so we did not sleep comfortably. The pillows were nice and springy, though.The recliner was comfortable, but the foot mechanism seemed broken, so I had to get out of the chair before I could wrestle the foot rest back down.The Grab-and-Go breakfast was convenient but very minimal: dry pre-packaged muffins, breakfast bars, and instant oatmeal. Another guest was BBQing his supper just outside our first-floor window, and the fumes from the BBQ were coming in through our air conditioner.
