Disliked: When we got there the cashier could not find out reservations and I had to bring up the app to ensure we had paid for the hotel stay.

Disliked: Staff very rude, they wanted to charge me twice for some amenities, i showed them my credit card statment where it showed the purchased and still they threatened me with charging me more directly to my credit card with penalties, interest fees, and more. they called my room after 10 pm and then went and raise the voice to my wife, for a hotel with so many location they should do a better job training its staff in customer service and general people skills.

Disliked: I feel the price should have been reduced ir some refunded there was no laundry facility it was broken the toilet had to open and shake to operate no amenities no trash pick up you had to take trash to trash bin for the price this should have been taken care of housekeeping spoke little English so it was a little difficult

Liked: The location
Disliked: No service, towel exchange, no coffee available, too much rif raf hanging around after dark. Pool was empty and covered, and there was a heatwave while we were there. We were not told the pool was out of service. The towel rack was missing in the bathroom and the fan did not work.
