Run away.
Liked: No one approached me. Sheets were old but appeared clean.
Disliked: They were painting, poop on the hallway, obvious pot smoke.

Liked: We were all impressed with how nice the rooms were.
Disliked: We were disappointed with the breakfast. More would have been better: fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice.

Great Value!
Liked: For the value, I thought the room was quite adequate. Having a full size refrigerator was a nice touch. We were only there for one night and could see where it was setup more for extended stay guests (thus the name). So it was a nice surprise and good value for our one night stay.
Disliked: It stated that "Breakfast Included". All that was supplied was muffins, oatmeal, bars, and coffee/tea. That was disappointing but everything else was quite nice.
