Horrible and disgusting
Liked: Not much too like.
Disliked: I did not like the smell, it was dirty. They had gave me dirty towels, not really a free breakfast so that seemed like false advertising. It was just overall a horrible experience I would never book again.

Need better help in customer...
Liked: Only one person try to satisfy customer needs
Disliked: One person at that front desk knows what they doing and that’s it every one else I delt with never understands what is going on definitely don’t meet the needs and always behind the desk door with a sign up though out the day saying be right back but always in the back room and also been told I could get help because there where busy stocking towels and never any dishes supposedly I have been for almost a month and this has been the most unpleasant day I have ever been through and now we have another issue with them keep knocking on my door harassing me. Tell me I didn’t pay for my room when I clearly have the receipt on the phone and in paper and they don’t believe that paper down there never got it back and now trying to constantly charge my card. I am very upset about this process. I sure don’t see them compensating me for their mess ups or they’re wrongs so I’m just stuck here being a very unsatisfied customer very upset and disappointing
