Don't stay there

Liked: I was very disappointed and will never stay at another extended stay I was violated out of my stay without any reasonable response.
Disliked: The managers over that property is racist and she is not to be trusted she sends her staff to do all her dirty work and she needs to be fired she has no customer service or communication skills.disappointed

Liked: Breakfast wasn't but bag item. Most places have hot meals so wasn't thrilled about that.

Liked: Staff was very welcoming. The person at the desk was very helpful to all the customers present. I really appreciate the service provided.
Disliked: Breakfast very limited options ( tea and coffee( without milk) and mulffins. Room had a peculiar smell, had to open windows to get rid of it

Disliked: Corporate is doing a very unfair job for their employees. Understaffed, couldn't check in because there was only one maid for the hotel. Really sad.
