Disliked: My room had roaches, i couldn’t sleep and stayed all night. Also people was walking the halls all night long, I did not enjoy my stay.

Disappointing

Liked: It was close to my venue and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: It was dirty and loud. The bathroom in our suite was not clean. There was hair all over the bathtub and the sink. It didn’t feel like it had been cleaned!

Liked: The man at the front desk let us switch rooms upon discovery that our room connected to another. The connected door was locked, but not from our side and I was not comfortable with that.
Disliked: This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. I wish I had taken pictures to share; I was too dumbfounded and tired from a long drive to deal with it more than was necessary. We found dog poop in the middle of the hallway carpet while walking to our second room (reported to front desk, but not cleaned up by morning; and found another piece of poop in an adjacent hallway while leaving the next morning). There were various bad smells while walking through hallways. The room we stayed in had very obviously not been cleaned before we got there, with exception—it seemed—of the sheets and made bed, and folded towels. Many crumbs remained from last tenant making a sandwich in the kitchenette sink. A lot of little hairs on bathroom sink/counter from shaving. Visible dirt smudges in various places on floors. Grimy everywhere. We tried so hard to touch as few surfaces as possible, flipping light switches with hands covered. Had it not been so late in the evening—knowing we had an early morning ahead of us—I would have changed hotels.
