Liked: Nothing was charged muliiple time on my cridit card and was sitting in room it fill up with a gas for hrs and hrs. Im a disabled vetrean and i have copd, i could barily breath. I go to window she never came. She i used my chase apt tap to pay. What there doing is stacking apps with tap to play and vharging u many times. Google psys then chrome pays then so on. This is going on everywhere near dallas trying to travel i look and it says i spent 5500$ in traveling.

Liked: My suite was not adequately cleaned. I reported the discovery of drug paraphernalia on the couch to the front desk staff in the presence of my children. The potential risk to my youngest child is unacceptable. Despite reporting this to both the front desk and the head housekeeper, I received no follow-up. This experience fell significantly short of the advertised standards.

Disliked: On arrival, I had to yell for the hotel staff to get checked in. I left for a couple of hours, came back and my key didn't work anymore. The couch was stained and worn. I wasn't planning on preparing any meals, but the stove/burners had rust surrounding them. I thought the 32 Inch TV wasn't working, until I realized the remote was not the original. I was on the first floor and there were residents above me, extremely loud most of the night. The continental breakfast consisted of a few chocolate muffins, oatmeal packets and coffee. If I could get a refund of, some of the fee, I would gladly accept..
