Not Clean. staff unhelpful.

Disliked: The bathtub filled up with water and when asked the front desk for help, they said that they could provide a plunger so that I can resolve the problem - since the maintenance staff had left for the day,

It’s waste of money stay...

Disliked: I booked it through booking.com and it says cooktop and bathroom accessories are included in it.When I reached to the counter receptionist says that if I used the cooktop then I have to pay extra money, if I need extra towel then I have to pay extra money etc……
