Terrible.

Liked: Ashley at front desk was polite and attentive.
Disliked: This place was dirty, grimy, in bad location, smelled bad,. Best thing this place could do is a complete demo and maybe rebuild. Disgusting carpets, elevators, and unsafe parking. I will never book here again!

Unreasonable staff and unreachable!

Liked: Nothing good came out of the reservation!
Disliked: Their $100 deposit and insistence that I pay for the booking up front, when I had already paid for the room through the booking.com app! It stated no money necessary before the stay!

This was a disgusting property...

Liked: Nothing!! horrible customer service. Excuses why they didn’t have our booked reservation available anymore.
Disliked: We didn’t stay. We cancelled our stay because they gave our room to someone else. No cleaning service. The rooms had a bad Oder. The front desk stated that the owners won’t hire any help and they are waiting to file bankruptcy!

Liked: Location
Disliked: The lady at resection was not polite, mad, she didn’t explain anything. My uncle had a reservation for the same day and his flight was cancelled I told her to cancel his reservation and I guess she didn’t because he got charged like he didn’t canceled. She wasn’t friendly at all.
