Disliked: The room was very dated, the beds were old and uncomfortable. The room looked ran down and the heat didn't work

Great location but building needs...

Liked: Smooth check in
Disliked: The morning I checked out I encountered a roach on the shower curtain and another one on counter in front of microwave! I reported this to the front desk and suggested the building be exterminated. The building should be exterminated ASAP and often. While I only encountered 2 roaches, I guarantee there are many, many more. Also, microwave could be a little larger to better accommodate regular size bag of microwave popcorn. Some of my popcorn burned because there wasn't enough room to accommodate the bag.

Disliked: Room was cold (59)when we got in and only raised to 62 by morning

I had a restful night...

Liked: The bed was really comfortable. Unfortunately could not operate the Staff was very courteous.
Disliked: There really was not a breakfast. Room smelled of food but not as bad in the sleeping area. Could not get the TV to work.

Disliked: Truck got the side window broken out along with several other vehicles in the parking lot. No external cameras to get any footage of any of the incidents
