Teach your employees how to...

Disliked: The staff/management were very rude, very unprofessional, and weren’t trying to initially accommodate and listen to my complaint of noise level. Don’t like how I was brutally yelled at and diminished by the front desk staff/management for a complaint I had about noise and didn’t get a good nights rest and my child was restless as well. I was told, verbatim “ you should have gotten your a** up to get your room changed”. When I didn’t see that it was appropriate nor worth getting up and moving myself stuff and my child at 12am-2am in the morning for a night stay only. The actual manager came in and put her hand up at me and just said “just stop talking it’s too early”. Melody was one name and the other was the manager and I didn’t get her name. You should probably run the tapes for 2/5/24. This location is absolute atrocious if paying customers are supposed to be treated like garbage.

Liked: Leaving it was the worst stay I ever had there
Disliked: The fire alarm went off for 5 hours Non-Stop then the computers were down when tried to check in and then the step the lady was rude and just nasty and like I check out time like can bang on the door 20 minutes before check out that we had to be out in 20 minutes and we better be out and I attitude then came back and shooting watch them leaving and it was 5 minutes after 12:00 like and this was completely nasty and rude
