For the money, it was...

Liked: I liked the ease of check in. I also enjoyed the fact that I was given a room on the ground floor. Also, thought the television was very easy to use/watch.
Disliked: Unfortunately, other patrons were smoking marijuana. The smell wafted through the halls and especially in the stairwell/exit.

Liked: The complimentary coffee was good. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The rooms looked nothing like the photos posted online. The hotel was very outdated and downright filthy. All the rooms smelled like an ashtray. The booking website said there was breakfast, but coffee and snacks were only available in the morning. The Wifi didn't work. Everything was outdated or did not work properly. There was almost nothing good about this hotel and it should be more transparent with its photos and description.

Liked: The customer service staff at Extended Stay America is very professional, helpful and courteous!!! Patience in answering all my questions, They treat their patrons very good! The on-the-go breakfast was good. Thank You! And the Location is convenient, quiet and nice also!!
