Plan to stay here again...

Liked: The layout of the room was very good. Someone can get up and eat breakfast with kitchen light on, without disturbing another person still sleeping.
Disliked: The dumpster trash is collected at about 4:30am on Saturday morning every time we stay here. The beeping of the truck backing up always wakes us up. Would have been nice to have another chair at the kitchen table. There was only one,

Expected what occurred. Just wish...

Liked: There was no grab and go breakfast. When I asked if there was more oatmeal I was informed it was all gone. Sorry. I get it, but seriously - you cant advertise something and then just not have it. I know what Im getting at an extended stay. The toilets going to run all night. The shower pressures going to be mid, the office chair at the desk is going to have weird stains on it - the fridge is going to have some odd stains and leftover food stuffs in the corners or on the racks. But all I wanted was a quick bowl of oatmeal and I didnt get it. The best thing that has happened is there is no carpet. The laminate flooring makes it much more appealing. Just please - have enough oatmeal. There was nothing to eat. not even a granola bar.

Bad

Liked: The receptionist was great. The room was very dirty and run down. The toilet and tub were badly rust stained. The refrigerator was dirty. We found hair on multiple surfaces and there were bugs in the sheets. Didn't stay after seeing the condition of the room.

Hotel was great, booking.com was...

Liked: Good location, they rectified Booking.coms errors
Disliked: Booking.com changed my reservation without asking me, charging me double. Luckily the staff fixed the issue

Poop on the floor in...

Disliked: We did not end up staying the night. After checking into our room, we thought it seemed a little dirty but nothing too crazy but after a couple of minutes we noticed poop on the floor in the bathroom. We decided to leave. We asked for our money back but as we booked through Booking.com the front desk said that they could not refund us. Then I called Booking.com and they said that the hotel would have to refund us. After going back and forth a bit, Booking.com gave me a credit for $28.73. This is for a room that cost $114.91 that I did not stay in because there was literal poop in the room.
