Liked: Breakfast was not a wholesome breakfast
Disliked: A refund for having to check out EARLY 2 days I stayed there paying booking .com for the full time I told the front desk we tried for several days w/booking .. com they spoke w/people there in administration for extended stay and Angelica at admin gave booking.com (Maria) the front desk # and they never answered - I was 6 months pregnant my husband had left for military assignment and I immedialy needed a place to stay until a flight became available for me - no one at the front desk ever made sense or knew hot to handle this and had zero control to refund me regarding a 2 day early check out because I had to leave since i had been notified of a flight available and HAD to take it I was there from Jan 12 - Jan 24th - and PAID THRU 26th people at the front desk kept ASKING ME for money for my 2nd week which was paid in advance ALSO - THE BUTTONS ON MICROWAVE DIDN'T WORK IF I attempted to use the smoke alarm would go off

Liked: I didn't do breakfast because I had mine but I was told it was muffin and oath. I believe it's ok
Disliked: The staff, environment, and the room

We did not feel safe,...

Disliked: The nights we were at the property, there was lobby/elevator area reeked of marijuana. There were people that loitered in the lobby and hallway of the third floor. It was noisy and disturbing. A random person knocked at our door in the early morning hour, startling us.

Geared towards homeless

Liked: It was a place to sleep.
Disliked: Everything. You advertise "Breakfast", but it's only packaged muffins from Costco. Having to request items for kitchen, and people up at all hours of night, people loitering in lobby...all.was very uncomfortable. Some of your staff were extremely unprofessional from appearance of being unkempt...dirty, hair not brushed. Appeared to be under influence.
