Liked: It was NOT what I would call breakfast. Online it said breakfast, in reality it was coffee and a granola bar. At check in was told "breakfast" would be from 6-10. Next morning coffee was gone well before 10.
Disliked: Lack of breakfast and no ice machine.

Liked: The staff was friendly upon check in The size of the room was great and the location close to Cleveland clinic for appointments
Disliked: The beds had hair and dirt on them we slept with our own blankets worried to use the ones on the bedThere was a live roach in the bathroom when we got up The floors needed swept betterMildew in the showersAnd the microwave & cabinets really needed wiped downAlso only had muffins for breakfast tho after seeing the roach I doubt we’d had eaten there

Liked: the room was big enough for my group
Disliked: the phone in my room didn't work. the blow dryer started smoking when I used it. the floor was very loud late in evening with people beating on doors.
