Liked: The freezer kept things cold. That is literally the only good part about the experience.
Disliked: Whole room stunk of cigarette smoke even though I asked for non smoking impacting my ability to breathe comfortably. Old cigarette butts in window sill from previous occupant. Entire room was filthy, covered in dirt and dog sheddings. we had to wipe everything down with disinfectant before touching anything. Phone did not work. Front desk had no extra pillows. Kitchen utensils were filthy. Dishwasher had old dishes in it. Elevator didn’t work. Giant holes in the ceiling and big dips in the floor causing my wife to trip. No one on prem to discuss the issues with the room…we were told to try again the following day.

Nick Demanded my card when...

Liked: On Thursday the 28th and Friday the 29th The employee behind the desk name. Nick would not take my reservation from booking.com. I was in the hotel 43 weeks and I booked every day on booking dot com what on the 28 and 29 For some reason he didn't accept my reservations and demanded my card to charge me 190$ for a walk in when I paid for my room twice right in front of him he did not care I called corporate. Add the gentleman on speakerphone, and the guy behind the desk still did not care
Disliked: I am very upset with how the stab handled it. He would not let me speak to a manager he. Demanded my card when I've already paid for the room. I was in the room for 3 weeks and now all of a sudden. He wanted my card and wanted to overcharge me. And because I asked for a manager, he called the police on me. This is outrageous and something needs to be done. Watch the cameras. I was not being irate rude disrespectful. Or anything, I was trying to work the situation out

Liked: I was suppose to stay in westlake they ended moving my hotel to north olmstead I paid for studio with 2 full beds with a pull out couch . My room only had 2 beds I had to go buy air mattresses to accommodate the ones that wassuppose to sleep on the pull out sofa. And someone trued to enter my room at 130 in the morning.
Disliked: Getting the room And hotel I paid for . Not having To ask for the coffee pot , dishes , cooking utensils and pans .

Liked: Location and cost. Very pretty area

Liked: Location, receptionist.
Disliked: The room was arranged so that there was no to place to sit to watch the TV. The pans looked toxic with peeling non-stick coating. They were out of coffee for the room. And mugs. "Breakfast" was nasty packaged blueberry muffins and instant oatmeal packets.
