The pillows smelled like they had been used extensively without putting out new ones.

Disliked: The bathroom was cold as ice; one of the windows was stuck open. Will not stay at that chain of hotels again.

Liked: We had to go to Cleveland as I was having a major surgery and my mom and husband needed a place to stay as well decently priced and CLEAN, I was a bit iffy but to our surprise it wasn't horrible if you are only there to sleep! The beds were perfect as they are firm, could be a bit cleaner, we did get the larger room, This young man when checking was amazing!Needs update!!ok place just to sleep and leave for the price!

Disliked: No hair dryer in my room as posted on the website. I didn't bring my own because of that post. The breakfast selection was poor.

When you pay under $70...

Disliked: No hair dryer in room! No toaster in room! These items were listed in the hotel amenities! The lobby reeked of marijuana! There is no awning or roofed area for the lobby! You have to park a distance away and walk in the rain/snow to check in and then go back to get your luggage and park. Breakfast was granola bars and coffee. I arrived late in the evening! My check- in was late at night and over 30 minutes long because my reservation could not be located and my booking confirmation number wasn’t good enough! Booking.com had to be contacted to confirm that I had the reservation.

Liked: Location was ok! Convenient.
Disliked: The room smell was so gross. I have payed for two nights unfortunately I was not able to cancel the two nights so I stayed one. If I would have stayed longer my nose would melt.
