The pillows smelled like they had been used extensively without putting out new ones.

Disliked: The bathroom was cold as ice; one of the windows was stuck open. Will not stay at that chain of hotels again.

Disliked: Breakfast was ridiculous. A granola bar and prepackaged muffin is NOT what I call breakfast. A wrapped breakfast sandwich that can be microwaved in the room and a little bottle of juice would have been nice. Had a handicapped room, but it would have been nice if it had been close to the elevator instead of a long way down the hall.The key card didn’t work well.The refrigerator made occasional bangs that were loud enough to wake us up.Also, several of the lamps didn’t work.
