Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Mattress was NOT up to par!

The pillows smelled like they had been used extensively without putting out new ones.

Disliked: The bathroom was cold as ice; one of the windows was stuck open. Will not stay at that chain of hotels again.

Disliked: The staff is very rude with the exception of a young man that works at night at the front desk can the cleaning crew is very friendly other than that every single person is extremely rude they make you feel like you're bothering them 3

Good stay

Liked: The hotel was fine. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean, but the furniture was kind of dinged up and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. It had a fridge, stove and microwave. The area seemed fine and was around other hotels and restaurants. It was easy to find and mainly right off the highway. It wasn’t too pricy.

Disliked: Some security issues, without I’d or any info asked my daughter was given a key without me present, while yes she was mine I didn’t like that no information but the room number was asked

Liked: The location seemed mostly safe. I didn't see random people in the parking lot. The overall area in Brooklyn was good with food options nearby.
Disliked: There were no cups, or any sort of utensils or cookware in the room. There were no hangers for my clothing. The hallways didn't smell pleasant and I experienced the same smell in the hallways at another Extended Stay location in Columbus, OH.

Liked: We used this as a single night accommodation option on a long family road trip. It is a refreshed older property that has been tastefully decorated.The room was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic to fuel us up before the next leg of our trip. The bar next door was a great value option for a few drinks and a meal.Overall, this was a comfortable great value option for our trip
