Disliked: Room was dirty. I wouldn't even get in the shower. It was so dirty. The dirt was unreal on the lamp shades. I spilled water and the towel I wiped it up with was black from the dirty floor.

Liked: I think it's a disgusting service and especially Cassie has a bad attitude. She told me I was talking to loud as she was on a conference call. I told her she needs to be concerned about the couple that was staying next to me and the lady was bamming and kicking the door. She's always saying that you can leave. Now what type of customer service is that? Just because I spoke my mind then she wanted me to leave. I thought she'd canceled my reservations because I had a double booking between the 31st of March until the first of April but she hadn't. So l approached her about it and we had some words and again she told the girl that I needed to leave. Again not trying to have guests retention. She doesn't think that if you speak your mind that you should not stay there. I'm going to say what's on my mind if I'm feeling patronized and I express my first amendment. I didn't even know what she did until she approached me about talking to loud when I was doing my laundry next to the office. She’s always outside smoking and talking on the phone. I had said to myself I wonder what she does she’s always outside smoking and on the phone? Literally God is my witness. She really needs customer service skills and how to practice managerial skills. It’s not only her with that bad customer service. When I checked in I asked the lady if I could get pots and pans she said yes but do you think that I got them? So I purchased my own pot ware. I had to call 3 times about two lights that weren’t working in my room (that took a few days). One lady came up and asked if I would do a survey and was there anything that I needed? I told her toilet paper. She said she’d bring it back do you think that I got it? I’m sure you know the answer. There’s one person that’s efficient and acts as if he really cares. He’s a heavy set younger guy and he’s always pleasant.

Disliked: It was nasty! The floor have not been cleaned tor a long time, the tv had something running down it, and the bathroom was just nasty!

Liked: Reception attendant was great. She was very nice and informative
Disliked: The place took a beating during the last hurricane and it is currently under construction. There were a lot of tarps and the hotel was falling apart a bit.
