Liked: Rude staff, didn’t know what they were doing, looked like they were on something, took 30 minutes to get me checked in because they were all scatter brained, room was a dump, not clean, previous guests shaver in shower, tv remote didn’t work, got a refund hopefully they did that right

Liked: Location and accessibility to highway yet, no directly on the highway
Disliked: The floors were filthy they have not been mopped in quite awhile.

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Staff was rude and disrespectful. Made me wait two hours past my check in time due to rooms not being ready. Requested 1st floor due to handicap and them not having an elevator. I was given a second floor room even after waiting two hours for a supposed ground floor.
