Disliked: Not much of a breakfast - muffin and coffee.

The place was very nice and the people really seemed to care about you and your rooms. I had a problem with the toilet and they gave me another room right away. It was quick and easy and no problems. It was easy to find and close to places downtown.

Disliked: The windows do not lock. They have a smell of cigarette smoke in the no smoking rooms burns on the floor. They say they have a breakfast that is very misleading. They had coffee and some instant oatmeal you could put in a cup.

Liked: It wasn’t clean my tub was dirty with old residue and the pillows were dirty.
Disliked: Tried to charge me twice and location was sketchy.

Very bad overall experience but...

Liked: Kept my items I forgot in lost and found
Disliked: Well there was a crazy lady who stayed up till early in the morning who was screaming and running up and down the halls screaming and being disruptive and trying to keep people from sleeping and not a single staff member tried to resolve the issue. I paid hundred plus for a room I was lucky to get 3 hours of sleep in.

There is no breakfast provided.

Disliked: The ‘breakfast’ pictures that are on booking.com are not of the breakfast. The area is the same, but all they had was coffee and instant packets of oatmeal. This was very disappointing as I purposely booked the hotel for the price and for the grab and go breakfast before our sporting event that morning. This is not as advertised.
