Disappointing

Horrible

Liked: The size of the room and most of staff were amazing
Disliked: Smart ass blonde assistant manager,plus they had roaches the vending machines and laundry cost way to much and they keep a trash bin inside the building which is why they were big roaches

2 night stay for out...

Liked: I loved the studio rooms and the staff that always had a smile. Clean room, working shower toilet and ac. Clean fridge and dishwasher. Comfy bed
Disliked: Honestly nothing everything was perfect for us.

Price was goid for out...

Liked: Outside was very clean and nice.
Disliked: The inside needs some work. Furniture is dirty, carpet in halls smelled, the hair dryer made crackling noise when tried to use it, the sheets and white bed topper both had yellow stains. I feel they need more house cleaners or ones that will take pride in their work.

Disliked: The fact we woke up to a cockroach on the wall by the bed and was told there was nothing they could do

Disliked: The furniture was nasty and stained up. Had to lay a towel down just to sit down.

Liked: The front desk associate was very helpful and apologetic given our experience and provided a full refund.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we cancelled our reservation after less than 10 minutes in our room due to bugs. Not bedbugs, not cockroaches, but it was something we couldn't ignore. I expected dated accommodations for the price, not dead and alive bugs.
