Disliked: It was dirty! Hard beds and bugs ! Tvs didn’t work , tables were broke .. chairs were dirt and room was small . Had a stove but no pots or pans..

Disliked: The air conditioning in the room was horrible when it wasn’t working it was so humid in the room and on it was freezing. You have to request kitchen items they are not in the room. The side door into the hotel was duct taped so you don’t need a key card to get to the rooms. Would not stay again!

Disliked: I am regular customer i make reservation Friday evening. One hours after my check in the fire alarm run on the hotel and every one run out of the hotel i leave the room i try to go to the front disk to cancel my room but the fire department don't let me in so I left and I went to my friend house second day I went to the hotel to take my things I call the front disk I explain to him what happens hey denied to help me with any thing we decided to stay one more details day at Cincinnati area we ask to give us free night because we don't use the first night again they denied to help with any we end up paying for 2 night and weekends use one night

Liked: I reserved a room this past Monday through booking.com. I arrived shortly after 8:30 PM I had reserved the room for one night but due to the conditions that were atrocious I left at 11:15 PM. I have spoken to the extended stay facility staff members as well as called in the matter to try and get some resolution and or reimbursement. Per their representative, there is nothing they can do on their end I must pursue the issue with the 3rd party system and that would be you guys. I paid $82 to stay in a room where I cleaned for an hour and then left two hours after that. I expect some form of compensation at the very least. Disliked: I believe I already answered this question in the above paragraph. It was very unprofessional the room did not appear to have been ready cleaned or anything of that nature I kept getting knocked on the door and I stayed by myself I was only there for less than three hours
