Liked: I liked how clean it was, honestly the cleaning staff does a great job. The beds where pretty comfortable, not the worst for the price we paid for one night.
Disliked: I was dissapointed with the staff, the young lady that checked us in was not rude but was defensive the whole interaction. She charged us for a late fee of $57, which made no sense. We booked our reservation from Jan. 31 to Feb. 1. Check in was at 3pm Jan. 31st and we checked in around 11pm on Jan. 31st. I was honestly tired, my partner and I were looking forward to rest since we had been driving for some time. Went I asked for clarification I only kept getting a response that we got there early and when I tried to show my phone so they could see the reservation, which took me a good 3 tries to get her to see it. Finally, she saw what I meant and said she was going to make a note of it, but 3 days later I see that the charge is in my credit card. I called to to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager in the building, they arrived until 3 and that I should call back later.
