Yeah no terrible stay

Disliked: They said free breakfast and included it in the price and all it was is nature bars and muffins and oat meal packets like are you serious what a waste of money it was just terrible

Liked: The location was great for us.
Disliked: The staff wasn't the most friendly. The room was very cold, looking and basic. It had nothing but the basics in it. You could purchase items at the front desk, but most of the Extended Stays I have used had pots, pans, cups, utensils, etc...

Disliked: I didnt like the fact that after you sign paperwork, they have you agree to other terms, but the terms was rude and disrespectful. You do not own this property, you are not a tenant, etc etc. The room wasn't clean when we got to the room, we had to wait 10 minutes until they were done, beds were hard, it was only 1 blanket, a sheet and pillows on the bed. I tried calling receptionist for another blanket, noone answer led from 11p to 645a.... then finally got someone and I got a blanket. I asked about breakfast, and they implied that they have " to go breakfast"....... not breakfast. Smh, then this should have been specific in the booking process. All around just a horrible experience
