We were going to concert at Allstate Arena so location was good, except we couldn't walk due to mounds of snow plus the cold. It was a close and convienent place to stay but beds were very uncomfortable. Will not stay again.

Disliked: Bed and sofa bed very uncomfortable.

We saw a concert at AllState Arena and it only took us about 10 minutes to get to the door. After the concert, we walked across a couple parking lots and grabbed a bite to eat and a beer, then a 5 minute walk back to the hotel. As we listened to sirens and watched the traffic jams, glad we weren't fighting that. The grab and go breakfast was disappointing. Just some granola bars, fruit, and oatmeal packets.

Liked: Walking distance of arena.
Disliked: Grab n Go breakfast.

Such a great experience; nothing fancy about the room but spacious enough to host a pre-concert party and then hop on the free shuttle! Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and the morning coffee was good too. Would stay again any time I'm going to a concert at Allstate Arena!

Liked: Close to Allstate arena and loved having our own kitchen.
Disliked: One of the front desk receptionists (Barbara?) was extremely rude to a few of her coworkers in front of me and another guest checking in. Otherwise really liked the hotel and all other staff was friendly.

Liked: The location was close to our venue.
Disliked: I've had this reservation for a year, upon arrival I was told I had no reservation. When I showed the staff my confirmation/ pin number and the email from that day, with their approval of my time of arrival, they told me Booking.com was responsible for me not having a reservation there. Then the Manger found my room that was put in a gentleman's name that checked in right before us. The manager then told the other staff she didn't change the name. I will say the staff was polite. Then after putting our belongings in our room we hurry to get to our venue on time. However, when we returned to the room we found many disgusting things. First, when we first got there, I opened a bar of soap to wash my hands, then when my husband went to use the soap it was covered with hair ( looked like pubic hair ). I then looked at the sink where I sat the bar of soap and there was hair there. I then proceeded to take a shower until I noticed hair all over the tub, I cleaned it and showered. Now, I was ready for bed and when I pulled back the blankets there was little bugs that looked liked Nats and food crumbs. When I contacted the front desk , they told me I could come down for clean blankets. Unfortunately, for us we had to stay that night. Never again would I go there or recommend this place.
