Liked: The staff is always very pleasant & serve with a smile. If I have a problem it would always be addressed.
Disliked: These is the 2 time, I saw a roach crawling in the bathroom. The first time I let the staff know, but this time didn't say anything.

I would use this location...

Liked: Good:PriceLocation to Midway Air Port and downtown Chicago Plenty of shopping, no need to travel far for thatFriendly staff and facilities is fairly clean but you get what you pay for.
Disliked: "kitchen" was datedMy friends bathtub wasn't clean

horrible

Disliked: stains everywhere on carpet and stuff all on towels in bathroom as well i left room early only was there maybe about 2hrs

why do I keep going...

Liked: nice size room
Disliked: first room the heat didn't work. second room heat work but didn't like that the bathroom was wheelchair accessible with no tub. I wasn't told that when they switched my first room because of no heat
