Disliked: They misbooked my room. I ended up sleeping on a recliner for 4 nights! They told me they would give me 40% off the the mistake but charged me full price.

Liked: I HATED IT smelled ! bodily fluids on the beds! Workers steal !!
Disliked: i left my wallet in one of the rooms and when i realized and tried to go back i was told i had to have the police with me and demanded me off the property!! the manager is a sneaky lazy BTCH! and know exactly what happened to my things! wouldn’t even go check for me and i don’t live in chicago!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !
