Liked: Breakfast was only drink and cold pastry.
Disliked: TV remote didn't work first night, Key card didn't work. Chris was prompt and very helpful to open door and sort out TV problem so could watch using controls on the TV set.Key card problem fixed next morning and Chris had maintenance set up new remote control in late afternoon when I returned.

Liked: Rooms are supposed to be non smoking, room smelled like an ash tray.

Liked: After they charged me two times for a room, made me waste 1 hour waiting at the lobby, and finally told me that they don’t have room, there’s nothing to like about that place.
Disliked: The guy at the reception told me they have rooms available. After I paid he gave me the key and we start walking together to a different floors (no elevator by the way), I was extremely tired after a long trip, with my bag, and he was literally looking at the windows of different rooms to find out if there people or if it’s clean. When it’s been almost 1 hour of me following him, I started asking what is going on here? I was told there are no rooms. My last money from my credit card will be refunded in 5-7 business days and I may leave.

It was a good stay...

Liked: It was very clean and the employee was very polite. The bed was very comfortable and it had everything I needed.
Disliked: The microwave that was in the room didn’t work correctly. I had to unplug it because when I closed the door it sounded like it was cooking something but if I left the door open the light stayed on so I had no choice but to unplug it.
