Exceeded my expectations

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. By far the best customer service I have ever received at an extended stay.
Disliked: For the price I can complain about anything

Disliked: It was so loud. Opening and closing doors all night. Cars speeding by. Police chase. Ambulances. It was not a non/smoking room. I got there at 9 pm and left at 7 am

Disliked: Paid a $106 for a trash room. Than $150 deposit which employee said I would get back when I check out. After he ran my card I asked again and he said well 3-5 business days. We drove over 3hrs to find a room because my city got hit by a tropicalStorm. I have no power, water, phone service at home. Gas and food is hrs of waiting in line. So that 150 is a lot right now and all he could say was I miss spoke after he ran my card. Well that’s a lot of money to miss speak on right now. The room is nasty and stinks. Only plus was about $260 later I had somewhere to lay my head🤬
