Hard to beat for the...

Liked: The room was clean and plenty of space. The man who checked me in was on point.For the price it would be hard to beat.
Disliked: The breakfast was a joke !!!!...a basket of fruit bars and instant oats and grits was NOT what I was expecting!!!!..the homeless people or tenants sleeping on the benches out back was a bit much too!!! The mattress was worn out 10yrs ago at least. And the bed frame needs to be addressed also. When I sat on the bottom of the bed to remove my shoes the whole bed sprang up and damn near dumped me in the floor. The woman who checked me out was more interested in her phone and Facebook then she was in waiting on customers and she was rude.

Liked: My room smelled like smoke and it was so hard to get the smell out . My sheets had stains on them . Overall 0/10 stay . I couldn’t even sleep .
