Liked: The room location was very convenient for us. We had dogs, and were located on the ground floor near an outside entrance. Room was clean and staff were very helpful friendly, particularly Sidiki.

Liked: I LOVE the location and how comfortable the room was. Ease of access to my room and easy check in and out process. The room had a nice layout, plenty of charging access and lighting as well. The lady at 3 pm who checked me in was super sweet and accommodating. She deserves recognition!
Disliked: Maybe I am confused, but room 222, I could not figure out how to get the shower on. There was no tab or button, nor a way to lift or push the handle to turn it on. I slept on top of the sheets with a personal blanket, but as a former housekeeper I always strip the bed and bag up trash upon depatrure.... when taking the main blanket off the bed I noticed a few crumbs and hairs that were on the crisp clean sheets underneath the blanket. Perhaps the brown blanket was not changed or shook out? As for breakfast, granted the room was less than $100/ for the night, It would've been nice to have a nicer touch to "free breakfast" than a nutri grain bar and a coffee. Lastly, I booked through booking.com and was not notified of the deposit fee. Upon arrival I was informed it would be $150 refundable upon checkout. Considering that was the last of my money and I'm almost 5 hours from home, I was counting on the return on my deposit next day (my 1st time renting a hotel room). The morning staff told me it takes up to 7 days to return. This information is handy upon check in. I thought they call to confirm 3rd party reservations? That way they can discuss info that was left out at booking. Atleast that's what we did at Hilton properties.

Disliked: I did not see any breakfast. Wasn’t told about breakfast. My rooms were not close together. Rooms wasn’t clean upon arrival. People slamming doors all through the night. People up outside hanging out through the night. Bed room floors was sticky. First and last time at this hotel.
