Disappointing
Liked: Room was nice and big!
Disliked: Front desk lady was rude! Rooms are dirty in the corners and behind furniture like it has to been cleaned in years!

Warm & Cozy.. but wide...
Liked: rooms were quite spacious. The AC was a bit noisy disturbing the sleep. Breakfast can include more hot foods, a good toaster, boiled eggs, oats, cereals should be good enough with some fresh fruits...
Disliked: Wifi is always week in many places. AC was noisy

Liked: It was a suite w/ 2 beds in separate rooms. That was nice
Disliked: Remote for TV didn't work. Had to go to office 2x & still didn't work. No hot water to bathe or shower. Office clerk just sat & watched TV in lobby. Strong Marijuana smell in lobby.. very tight parking

Love the extended stays I...
Liked: I paid a $50 deposit and it has been over two weeks and still have not received my deposit back or any communication on why they did not return my deposit
Disliked: The lady working the front desk did not understand extended stays policies that are from the extended stay direct hotel. As soon as I pulled up the website with the hotel policies she then complied and quickly got us a room. She also charged a deposit which I have never done before at this hotel which I have no issue with but it’s been over two weeks and still have not received the funds back or any communication on why I have not
