In general stay was ok.

Liked: Confortable room.
Disliked: Direction from front desk not clear while checking in Toiletries quality not that good.

Liked: Room was great, clean and welcoming.
Disliked: The service at the front desk is very slow. Also we called the hotel 8 to 10 times before arrival to let them know that we had been delayed. No one answered. We ended up getting connected to guest relations who also tried to call and got no answer. On arrival, we talked with the front desk worker and the posted number is not the actual number to the site, however when you get to the rooms, the same number is posted in the room as their number. Everything about the actual stay was great but do not try to reach them because you likely will not.

Disliked: There was a dead roach in the bathroom, there were no sheets/pillows for the sleeper sofa when we arrived. The hallways smelled very bad-- chemically bad.

Disliked: Unclean, smelled of marijuana and something else that was foul.

Liked: The two ladies at check I was very cordial and helpful one name was miss Sheila she was awesome
