No stay, I was turned...
Liked: I was turned away at 10 at night because they told me there was no room for me. I thought I had reserved a room on Booking.com, but after driving 5 hours to Boston for a wake, I wanted a place to spend the night because the funeral was a 8:30 the next day, I found myself driving away not knowing if I wouldn't have to sleep in the car with my wife sitting there shocked as I was. the only good thing was that they sent me on my way with a list of 4 hotels I could try in the area. I eventually found a room at a Best Western about 10 minutes away, but I had to pay $49 more. I really thought when I booked on Booking.com I would have a room waiting that night. A woman at the desk said they should have called me, but no one called. Very disappointed!
Disliked: To get the room that I reserved on Booking.com.

Disliked: The property was under construction. They gave us a room and upon arrival a construction worker was cleaning and sweeping. Went to the reception desk to get a new room. The new room was dirty and the tub had plaster residue and the light didn’t turn on. We did not stay

Disliked: It was under renovation..Phone in room not connected and unable to work..Tv not working when turn on no cable outlet not working..Dirty paper covering carpet in hallways Front desk .. said nothing can be done if not happy complaint??

Very poor
Disliked: When I arrived after confirming online . I was told there were no available rooms even though I had confirmation . Was told It was through a third party so there was nothing they could do . I could call the manager in the morning . After trying to reach someone at booking.com regarding issue with no luck I went back to try and reach a manager or something to rectify this issue I had driven to this facility because I had a medical appt in the am nearby . The clerk was able to get me a double room but not the original booking of a single bed room .

Skanky look, rough night but...
Liked: The staff were terrific and very helpful, even though we arrived very late
Disliked: The room looked very worn down — everything from the kitchen appliances to the paint and trim to the stains on the carpet. The door did not actually latch closed. There were odd mechanical noises throughout the night.
