Liked: The room was very clean and I was surprised at how big it was. Bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee was ready at 5:30am, even before breakfast officially started at 6am. Breakfast was meager, but for the price and location, wasn't expecting a huge assortment. I got coffee and it was perfect for someone who just wanted a safe, clean place to sleep while traveling on I-84.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, and it was quiet.
Disliked: It was kind of a depressing place. It felt dark, not a positive atmosphere. The TV remote didn’t work and there wasn’t any ice machine or other facilities. The breakfast consisted of two push pots, one coffee, one hot water, sugar filled creamers and a few prepackaged unhealthy items sitting on top of the table across from the check-in counter. In the morning, doctors called me from the hospital to update me on a family member. I lost track of time and realized it was almost 11 AM which is checkout time. I went down to the front desk and asked if I could check out at noon. The front desk person was really nice but she had to ask permission of some woman sitting in the office that could hear me and I could hear her. Despite my having family in the hospital, she told the front desk person I could only have 30 minutes and all the years and the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed at, I’ve never been turned down for a late check out request. disappointing.

Liked: I loved that I had a kitchenette in my room. I didn’t even know when I booked my room I asked for one.
