Good for traveling workers, not...

Liked: The people at check in/out were friendly.
Disliked: My room was not clean looking or feeling, had a bad odor, very thin blankets with no extra bedding. The mattress was not comfortable. This is a great hotel for traveling workers (there were many workers staying during my stay), good for people needing a kitchenette and longer stays.This is not a good hotel if you are used to nicer, more comfortable hotels. Grab and go breakfast was terrible. (packaged bars/muffins and coffee).

Liked: Was in Boise for a traumatic medical emergency, we were in need of some rest. Made reservation. PAID FOR ROOM when we found the location and attempted check in and was told there was no reservation for us. The front desk clerk informed me I had to pay double since it was 2am when we got there. The clerk was a punk kid with his headphones still in his ears and very uninterested in attending to us. We ended up leaving without a room and our 123.00 in a time when we just needed to sleep for a couple hours before returning to medical facility to say our final goodbye to my husband's son a victim of a violent tragedy.
Disliked: Everything about the rude treatment we received.

Love this place!

Liked: I love staying at an Extended Stay hotel. I love that my pets are welcome and they accommodate me by putting us close to a door for ease when I take my dog out to use the bathroom. I love how every Extended Stay hotel I’ve ever stayed in, smells like grandmas kitchen. Someone is always cooking and it smells great.
