Don't stay here if you...

Liked: The place was dirty and not as advertised. I left after an hour I couldn't sleep there. I currently requesting a refund

Bad experience, wouldn't go back.

Liked: It was clean and the location was safe.
Disliked: Broken items like the remote (so no watching tv), microwave, coffee pot, etc. Poor communication with staff. Staff was away from the front desk most of the time I had an issue. Ended up having to file a card dispute over a double charge for my stay because I was ignored via Booking messages. In person communication about the issue was no better; very dismissive/defensive over a clear and simple mistake, without even the bare minimum of an apology.

Probably the worst place I...

Liked: Nothing! The location was awful! Tucked back into a dark industrial park.
Disliked: It was dark and run down. The office/check-in area was run down, small and dirty.
