Disliked: the breakfast option was VERY minimal, nothing but coffee, no juice nothing but sugared snacks.

Disliked: The room had a bad smell and the water tasted moldy.

Clean hotel great staff.

Liked: It was easy to find and close to the IWU campus. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: The refrigerator in our room was really and the water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Bathroom needs a few updates but all in all it was a good stay.

Would not return

Liked: The staff was very congenial, friendly and professional.
Disliked: The holy smelled of urine and weed. The registers in the rooms were clogged with dirt and dust both of which my daughter is allergic to. You have to go down and ask for a hair dryer seems ridiculous, and the fact that I couldn’t get an extra towel upon checking in because I had to do a replacement instead speaks volumes.

Disliked: Needs some major updating. It was mostly clean but because everything felt rundown, didn’t appear clean.

Perfect for what I needed...

Liked: Breakfast is packaged muffins and such. "Grab and Go." Coffee was fresh, though. I was there less than 24 hours and witnessed it being made 4 different times in passing.The staff were really helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: Upon arrival, my window was open and I needed help to close it. But after it was closed, I realized why it may have been open. Room had a musty odor. But for one night, NYE, it was do-able.
