Liked: The room was clean. There was no breakfast. And the bed was comfy.
Disliked: That there was no breakfast option. The coffee was not good, and the beds could use more than two pillows per bed.

Liked: The front desk staff were very friendly
Disliked: The facility smelt and the hallways were dirty. The room we stayed in smelt like cigarette smoke. The fact that we didn’t have any way to make coffee in our room was disappointing. We have stayed here before and since then it was changed dramatically. Didn’t feel as safe.

Disliked: There was old animal feces underneath the chair, the drawers and bathtub were dirty and I was locked out of my room for 45 minutes to an hour and and stuff including the manager did not have the necessary knowledge needed to be able to change the batteries on the door lock so I was able to get back in my room he was also very rude and condescending
