The staff was very nice.

Liked: Place was nice and I loved the location beside the smoking room.
Disliked: Smoking room and asked for non smoking. Also had to bring towels down to get new towels.

Disliked: Everything. It’s a haven for drug users and sellers and thugs. They were up all night at front of property loud people coming and going. The room was disgusting. The tub and toilet were in terrible shape. The floor was moldy. Very bad

Disliked: The whole place smelled like weed. Maybe that was why the staff was so nice but even the air coming through the bathroom vent smelled like weed. So strong everywhere.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: No soap, shampoo or conditioner in the room. No breakfast as promised when booked. TV didn't work. Had the wrong remote. Turned the TV on and received instructions to press buttons that didn't exist on the remote.

Filthy but the customer service...

Liked: The front desk clerk had great customer service!
Disliked: The hotel was filthy and had mold in the showers. The counters were dirty and smelled disgusting. I could take off my shoes in the room. I left and stayed with friend because me and my kids could not do it!
