Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Was checked into a room that was not serviced by housekeeping. Walked in to trash cans full. Bed was not made and used towels all over the bathroom floor. I took pictures and went back to the desk. Clearly the gave me a room someone just checked out of . They gave me another room and an apology. New room was ok, little run down and the sink would not stop dripping . I did not have a full night's rest.

Disliked: Breakfast is not a granola bar. No coffee. Bed was uncomfortable , pillows were small and cheat, no extra blanket, no coffee maker in room, no hair dryer.

Disliked: The room smelled the staff was hard to understand the bathroom I cleaned my self it was like it wasn’t even cleaned ever . The bed sheets was like they wasn’t cleaned they had someone else’s hair so we sleep on tip on our own stuff . The floor was gross . It was a loud person above us

Disliked: The bathtub was stained bright red - I can only pray it was hair dye. The dust behind the bedside table was horrific (had to move the whole table to plug in my phone).

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: After being up since 4am and driving from NC andgoing to a funeral service for my sister and finally getting to the room to shower and settle down the mattress was horrible…it shouldn’t be in a room…it should be in the dumpster. After laying on it I kept feeling something and realized a spring was coming thru the mattress. At checkout I told the person at the desk and he told me it was basically my problem bcuz I should have come back down and told them and I could have switched rooms. I explained that we were exhausted so we just slept on one side of the bed so as not to be cut or scratched by the spring. Terrible customer service
