Very poor

Disliked: Roaches everywhere, bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned. I was told there was no other room to be moved to and no refund.

Double charged

Liked: Close to work
Disliked: I got charged by the hotel and booking.com. $95.75 twice. Wasn't even close to that nice.

My experience was shot from...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: From the moment I got there they told me my room was already booked at the location and hadn't updated online. I was told "everyone knows you call ahead to check if the website is right" by the receptionist. I didn't even check in because they didn't have my room.

Liked: Staff was nice and accommodating
Disliked: The ac unit in my room was loud very loud, but I wasn't in the room very much so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Cheap rates, but you get...

Liked: Beds were fine and sheets were clean. The staff also checked us in quickly.
Disliked: Parts of the room were very worn down or dirty. Odd stains on the fridge, obvious cracks and patch jobs in the bathroom fixtures. No available outlets by the nightstand. The hotel in general felt run down and a little unsafe.
