Quiktrip on my way home....

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was lovely. It's been a few weeks, but the one girl's name was Sabrina and she was just sweet. She remembered me from a previous visit two months earlier. That's good Customer Service.
Disliked: I have said this before. Y'all need to get an ice machine. The last time I was there one of the girls went into their breakfast room and got me a cup of ice for my drink. But you can't stay in an extended stay for one night and expect to make ice cubes. Have one machine in the building.

Liked: I love that you guys have a trash room that was pretty neat I believe all hotels should have that

Disliked: No breakfast area. More towels.

Horrible experience

Liked: Check out was extremely easy.
Disliked: I reserved room online. Got to hotel around 1:30-1:45 a.m. was told from M.O.D. that they system is running something so he was unable to check me and that I had to wait for 1:30 more minutes before he can check me in and give me a room. Was charged for entire night stay; even though no fault of my own I could not be checked in.
