Liked: The night clerk who checked us in was SO PLEASANT , SWEET and PROFESSIONAL ( I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name ) and the deep bath tub to soak in
Disliked: Multiple barking dogs on the 2nd floor, past 9 pm , the bed was HARD AS A ROCK , the keys kept demagnetizing and had to have them reset almost everytime we used them ( again night clerk was very nice ) the black out curtains were so worn out they had holes in them !

Great staff and hotel

Liked: The price and location near my event. I've stayed at this location and have been pleased every time.
Disliked: That there was no shampoo and conditioner in the room.

Disliked: Cleaning and we order a rollaway bed, the bed was terrible, we found trash and other things from previous guest, I asked for service but nobody cleaned just replace towels, very bad experience

Worst hotel in the world

Liked: Worst hotel experience ever
Disliked: I showed up after driving for 14 hours & there was no one at the front desk. I waited for 35 minutes outside for someone to answer the phone ..I had to pee really bad as I have a medical issue ..I was very very very upset by then ..finally someone came to the front desk after 40 minutes of waiting ..I told him I need to use a rest room really bad he said there’s no rest room ..made me until I paid for my room to get inside to pee ..then my tv didn’t work so I had to go all the way back to the front desk for someone to fix it…I’m calling the GM on Monday to get my money back

Disliked: The hot water did not work when I took my shower. The bed was not very comfortable and there was a constant motor sound all during my entire stay.
